I recently rebuilt my carbs. I got the bowl/enrichener gaskets from the local dealership (diaphragms/floats/needles had already been replaced), but I couldn't bring myself to spend $3 a pop on some tiny little o rings from BMW.
I used Anton Largiader's site to size my o-rings. Unfortunately his sizing of the main jet holder is a little bit off. I would recommend a 2mm x 8mm o-ring for that application. I had to scare something up out of a kit I had in the garage for those, which I wasn't happy about because it didn't list the rubber type or hardness (durometer rating).
Nevertheless, you can get enough O-rings to rebuild your carbs 20 times (not including throttle shafts) for about $20 including shipping. I chose Buna-N o rings at 70 durometer.
Enrichener 1.5mm x 5mm
Idle jet/pilot screw 1.78 x 2.9mm
Main jet holder 2mm x 8mm

I do much the same Luca.
When i first bought the bike 14 years ago I found a couple of O ring kits, one metric and one imperial. Between the two I have O rings to fit everything. They are also standard Buna- N nitrile which seem to work well enough.
The one O ring I did buy as a specific spare part was the oil filter $2000 O ring which turned out to be a disappointment as is was supplied as a standard black 70 shore O ring rather than the the original soft white O ring which comes with proper filter kits. I've never used it as won't compress easily enough to allow the filter cover to tighten up flush.

And then there is the much improved after market Quad ring for the brake shaft
