Nice! I dropped in to Ellaspede just before Christmas as I was in Brisbane on holidays. Good bunch of guys, very friendly and knowledgeable, really quirky workshop/shop in a good location (and a good coffee machine). I was interested as I had seen some of their work (their website has a gallery) and I am doing a cafe custom restoration of a 1982 R65LS. I would be fairly certain I will be talking with them again.

Interesting placement of the mirrors. I wonder if that would give you the advantage of bar end mirrors without making your bike wider?

Mirror placement might look neat but all you would get instead of elbows and armpits is knees and thighs. Bar end mirrors work because they make your bike wider and puts the field of view outside the line of your body.
