Title: New guy greeting
Post by: jonk on February 28, 2015, 12:32:04 PM
Hello,
I'm new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I have what started as an '82 R65LS which I've owned since 1985. It's been my most reliable motorcycle and I doubt I'll ever sell it.
I had written a longer post with a picture of the bike describing some of the mods that I've done but the forum software rejected it as I'm too new to have photos attached to my post and it didn't save my lengthy description. I'm too lazy to re-write it now.
Hi'ya everybody.

Welcome aboard, John.

Yes, we've had some past problems with spammers and such, hence the rule that snagged you. After 1-2 posts, photos are accepted. We love photos of member bikes, Airhead or others.

Welcome aboard John!

Always happy to welcome another member, especially one who appreciates and rides the "old iron".

We have some other Goose riders around here - so post up pics when you can!

Two of my favorite things: cabinet making and motorcycles. Welcome to the herd, Homere.
