Hello all
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Frederik and I am 19 years old.
I just recently bought a 1980 R65 after I saw one at a good price. I registered here mostly to gain knowledge with my 'new' motorcycle, but also to have a good look at some of your motorcycles.
I also own a Honda CBF 125 that I have to ride for another year before I can legally get on top of the Bimmer on the roads (damn restriction here..). Therefore the current intentions for my R65 is to get it completely fit for fight for when I will start using it on a daily basis.
By the way, I am from Denmark, so any weird grammar or similar is to blame on that. ;)

Welcome aboard, Frederik. Your R65 looks ready to ride as is! There are, however, plenty of folks here who will help you tweak and tune your new bike to your liking.
We're not big on grammar police... but since you're part of the club--we call BMW cars Bimmers and BMW motorcycles Beemers ;)

Welcome... sweet looking bike, we used to get regular weather reports from one of your country men...... where is Trolle ??
So you have to be 20 to ride a 650 man that's harsh.
Lou
ps don't worry about the grammar a picture says a thousand words

Crenshaw and I are looking forward to swapping tall tales and sorta-mostly-true stories with you and your bride. Best liar buys a round... or two.
