Title: Isle of Man TT DVD
Post by: montmil on June 16, 2014, 04:36:38 PM
After watching every one of the recently televised 2014 IoM TT races, I finally gave in and ordered a two-disc DVD history of these amazing motorcycle events. The official IomTT has an excellent website. http://www.iomtt.com/  And of course there's the official IoM TT store where you can easily send hefty amounts of money overseas. http://shop.iomtt.com/

I selected a new release 2013 production as shown in the photo. Had fingers crossed that the video's written reviews would really provide some actual footage of the early years, the Japanese invasion and races up to the present. It does... so far. There's over five hours with everything you might ask for so I've just barely scratched the surface. Also looking forward to the audio of many classic racers including the V8-engined bikes.

By researching alternate sources for this video, I did find the product through Barnes & Nobles for almost half the asking price if purchase through the IoM webstore. A Father's Day gift to myself, I may be up fairly late the next few evenings.
