I installed an aftermarket headlight harness on my Guzzi about 2 months ago from Eastern Beaver, satisfied with the harness well built product, ' plug and play ' type installation, cost was around $60US delivered to my mail box .
I made the comment that I couldn't get relays for a reasonable price, all I could find was relays for $25-30 each .
I checked the local chain type auto parts stores and still could not find anything for a lower price .
Today I was in a Radio Shack store looking for a terminal strip for the tail light / brake light circuits on my Guzzi, I'm adding an LED aux brake light and LED marker light / reflectors in place of the OEM reflectors on the sides in front and back .
Radio Shack didn't have any terminal strips, but I did see that they had relays that would work for a headlight, or aftermarket horn for around $7US, forgot to look at the amp rating on the relay .
I went to Fry's electronics to get a terminal strip and found relays there as well for $7.20 US and a 50 amp rating
I'll make up my own harnesses next time after finding reasonably priced relays .

$25 for a Relay!
I get Fused 30amp relays for £6 from Halfords.
These guys have all you'll need

That is what was on my R65 for many years with my Fiamms - all of which has been transplanted to my CBR250:

Has a wiring diagram of a relay installation been posted already? I'm not sure I would know what to do if I didin't have a kit.
