Interesting combo, for certain - seems a little odd to my eye to combine the tractor seats with the fishtail pipes and custom subframe with what seems like a rear fender from a /2.   But, everyone has their own vision!

At very first glance I thought you had a pic of a "Squariel" in there, but I now see that it isn't!  A Sunbeam S8, I think - don't see those very often!

I'm thinking maybe we should try to make a picture thread for folks to put pics of the most interesting/unique motorcycles that they encounter while on the road or in a parking lot..  only pics taken by the poster count - not images snagged from web-crawling... What do you think?

It appears to be a Ural frame & front fork with a lot of BMW stuff.

I Like the thread idea, perhaps the poster should be in the picture........... my cousin has a Sunbeam  he had just got a new KN 2000 (has a stack of bikes) when I visited last he asked if I would like to take it for a spin a declined and went out on the sunbeam which was fun but boy it did not do corners ............

Was this at Squires Lou?

The second (green) R 100 looks well used and in need of a good clean!

The second green bike looks to have PFM cast iron disks.  Good performers, especially in the wet, but always mucky.  I have a set on my R100.
