Five years and BMW is dumping Husqvarna.

I never knew it was BMW owned!
Personally never rated their enduro bikes.

Interesting thought, that. Hope not. In the five years that BMW owned the Husky brand, they poured huge sums into updating and expanding the Husqvarna factory infrastructure.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out, as KTM's CEO utilized his own private company to purchase Husqvarna from BMW. Will he combine the two lines or resign from KTM and take Husqvarna with him?

Hmmm... Perhaps Bob has back-channel commo into the KTM Board Room.

Way back in my youthful MX days, I occasionally had the opportunity to race an evil handling, vicious Maico 400. That bike took much pleasure in spitting me off anytime it chose to do so... once sticking a steel-cleated footpeg through my new leathers and into my arse cheek. Those red n' chrome tanked Huskys were always tough competition.
