Hi Gang,
On my way down to Houston, pulling my trailer, I thought to call Monte to say hi as I traveled through Dallas.
Had a wonderful visit. Monte invited Mike over aka Bengt Forks (sp?)
Really was special! Amazing how much we all have in common besides bikes!

l to r: Mike Bengt Phorqs Crenshaw, Ken Tuvman, Chief-of-the House Lynn Singletary, plus some guy who was just there for the beer.

A mini R65 Gathering on Planet Parkside held Saturday, 03 Nov 2012. Big fun, great food, good friends.
All five bikes spread out for viewing but, No, Ken wanted to hear each one of 'em running. Three Roarties of the five definitely let the neighbors know we were up to something.
Ken finally discovered that Bengt Phorqs is not from India. Truth! ::)

A really fun evening with some great food courtesy of Mrs. Monte. I'd like to comment that the beautiful blue R65 in the foreground will soon be seen running around Austin (The CCC of Texas) and the Hill Country as soon as SFC Zac Miller returns home from his year long deployment to the Sandbox. It was great meeting Ken and we wish him
condolences and success on his deployment to Houston over the next few months. We hope to see him again on his return to the Great White North!

Thanks, Mike - my first opportunity to go online for fun!!!
Monte really has a nice stable of bikes and knows what it takes to tune these deceptively simple machines!!!
A great opportunity to meet Mike, his bride Theresa, Monte and the hostess with the most-est, Lynn.
There is no greater group of fellowship than our wonderful R65 community. :D
