On a "Velocepede" which he helped build for the hugely entertaining new series if you get past the adverts the ride is at 44 minutes, the restoration on the mill turbine is excellent.

I thought as it was a comercial tv program that the UTube link would work Stateside, basically Guy is fronting a TV programme called how Britain worked charting the Industrial revolution in this one he helped restore the oldest known working water tubine and used it to build a copy of the first peddle bicycle demonstrating the various crafts along the way.
He decided to ride it down a steep hill to test it much to the concern of everyone else who thought it was pretty dangerous but as Guy pointed out " it ought to be a doddle compaired to 190mph round the IOM"
The various programs have been very intresting there is a link on this page which my work, the mill is in the middle of some teriffic biking country
