The MG looks lovely! not sure about the whole adventure bike thing Lou, they look very big and heavy.

Watching the Long Way series on youtube, they seem to spend most of the time on the deck in the rough stuff, but the big trialies work well on the blacktop.

Lucky Lou,

It does look good at first glance.  However, somehow it looks too good.  Like its trying too hard.  Perhaps a little over done and shiny.  I have seen one in the flesh, and do you know?  If I was in the market for one, I would still buy the basic model and play with that instead.

Weird?  Some people are never happy :D

Does "on the deck" mean on their side?  Because they did a lot of that.

Cycle World did a comparison between the MG V7 Racer and the Triumph Thruxton.  Good marks for both.  You know I'm a huge fan of Guzzi and love my California Special Sport, but I'm not overly impressed with the new V7 Racer.  Less than 40HP and I think I've heard that the tank is plastic, not steel or aluminum.  It's too small for my tall frame but still a very nice package and quite popular with the Guzzistas.
