Title: o-ring/diaphram swelling

Hey guys, i ran into a problem with my carbs a few days ago while cleaning them out. I took everything apart then when i went to go put all pieces together all of the rubber pieces expanded! What can I do?

Replace them.  

O-rings and rubber parts sometimes will expand after being exposed to fuel over a long period.

You could wait a few days to see if they return to their original size, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high for it to happen.
