I think that the "standard" hose for the US (high) handlebars is long enough for your needs - you could order one from Bob's BMW or Capital cycle, or may be able to get one made up for you at a larger automotive supply store

The seat cowl will fit, I believe, but I think that it will also require you to use the LS seat, which has a slightly different shape at the back than the standard
R65 seat - other may correct me if I am wrong on this !

RealOEM:

R65LS seat: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partgrp.do?model=0365&mospid=47853&hg=52&fg=05

1980 R65 seat (top one): http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partgrp.do?model=0363&mospid=47851&hg=52&fg=05

Quite different, it seems.

Anything can be made to fit anything, given enough time, patience and money.

I think it should be a direct swap, provided you also get the LS "cubby box" to go along with it...
