You know, you'd think the designers at BMW might consider building a special limited edition model to honor the R7, using the general body work and lines, but with updated technology (brakes, tires, fuel injection, etc.), but still retain the overall "look" of the R7.  I think a single-seat bike like the R7 would sell a HELLUVA lot better than the hideously ugly "Low Rider" design study they showed us last year, like below!
