My Experiences Shipping a Motorcycle via Forward Air (http://www.bmwwerkstatt.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=531)

Most excellent, Rob [smiley=thumbup.gif] Appears to be a very secure operation. Expensive? Nice photo documentation can help others. Maybe FAQ this?
Wonder if this would be more economical for me to "ship" my mother-in-law home after her annual visit...

I have used Forward Air twice with excellent results. Be advised that they offer three different size containers. You can also stuff other things in with the bike which is nice.
Monte, knowing your fiscal attitude you'll probably want to go with the shippers I last used. Took forever but cheaper than dirt... [smiley=ROTFLMAO.gif]

I saw one of these trucks last Monday, when I had the R65 out for a long ride on Labor day .
