My forks are not leaking anymore since I did the seals but I wonder if they are not returning all the way? When I push down they don't seem to fire up smartly. Any answers-- are the springs worn out?
Also mounted my new tires today, wow much better. tomorrow I'M going for state inspection. [smiley=bmw_smiley.gif]

Good possibility that the springs are 'sagging', how many miles do you have on the bike ?
-
there are 14,500 miles. Not much but age could be a factor.

How's the rebound performance of the o'hauled forks while riding? Fork oil moving through the small damping orifices performs differently during impact with road inequities than with the far lighter forces generated in the shop. Monte

Its much better after hitting bumps than it was before. Tracks straight not wobbling as before. The tires may account for some of that too but I just rode it here in the neighborhood since finishing the tires last night. Today I'm going to ride it to get the state inspection so I will have a better feel. Ill look for some uneven terrain. Thanks for the help.
