Title: 1983 R65 bmw not spark to plug

i have a 1983 R65 bmw not spark to plug
i have changed coil
and
ignition trigger relay

but still no spark

just winds over like me misses

i dont have a manual

please help

a wiring diag would be handy

I have a 'generic' wiring diagram for the electronic ignition system, and if the system is totally 'inop' check the green wire at the ignition control unit, that's the component that has the heatsink bolted to it under the seat, for voltage with the ignition switch in the 'run' position.

it was a loose wire

im an idiot

still need a service manual if anyone has one for sale

You might be able to get a manual from these guys http://www.motohansa.com.au/bmw_parts.htm
looks like they're local to you and classic bike friendly. Have you tried amazon.com for a used manual?
