OK, your long-sleeve shirts are in. Unfortunately the shipping weight is 1 lb 1 oz so shipping will be a bit higher than first estimated. :(
But, I still have two red and one blue hat left so if somebody would like one it will be $10 with no shipping increase. Also, if somebody needs an adjustable shift selector rod they are $30 and will not increase shipping - just something to think about! ;)
Sue, altritter, and J Hirst please send me your shipping address so I can figure your correct shipping.
The final price will be between $22.60 and $23.50 depending on your Postal Zone. I have addresses for all except those previously mentioned and will start sending out invoices today. If you want a hat or shift rod let me know - I have enough materials to build 3 shift rods...

[size=14]WOOOOOOT! THANK YOU JUSTIN! :-* :-* :-*[/size][/b]

Hi, Justin,
I'm heading to the Gillette Rally MOA tomorrow morning.
I will get the shirt from my friend in MI coming back from the rally:
Sue Herring
c/o Richard Warren
Schluckebier Oil & Propane
6101 Baron Drive,
Bridgeport, MI
48722
I will send you $24.00 via Paypal I hope it covers the shipping and costs. Thanks a lot!!!
-
Good to go, Sue. All invoices have been sent and Altritter snagged the last blue baseball cap so I have 2 red caps left. Let me know...
-
I have already sent you the money for the shirt, Justin, but let's do a shifter, as well, if you still can.
Thanks.
-
Many thanks, Justin.
PayPal's on the way.
Ed

I'm somewhat technically challenged. By Shifter rods, do you mean that thingamajig that permits you to adjust the gear shifts hight?
-
Yeah, that would be it. [smiley=mad.gif]
-
I have boxed up all those that have paid and will most likely be mailing them tomorrow. I have three that have not been paid and one box left. If one of these pays before I go to the PO tomorrow then it will go out, if not it will be next week as I can't fit all of the boxes in the saddlebags so will take the cage. Gas being what it is I'm only going to make one trip per week. The final two will have to wait until more boxes come in, which are on order.
Still have two red hats left... ;)
-
Justin, are you the same guy who's selling key blanks on e-bay? If so I want the gear selector rod and a key blank. How much would the shipping be (I'm in Richmond, TX)? Is it possible to pay by paypal, or would you prefer another way?
Also, do you usually have key blanks? I'll want more in the future.
-
Isaac, I replied off-list to you.
-
Shirts have shipped Priority Mail for the following people who have paid as of today @ 11:00:
Not-so-Fast:
Rob:
Altritter:
Sue Canada:
Yikes:
Joan:
Three left to box (y'all know who you are) and one box left so I suggest you hurry and take care of your invoices... ;)
I owe a couple of folks a partial postage refund as the small and medium shirts came out to just under 1 lb.
-
OK, the remaining shirts will ship out probably next Mon or Tue. ;D I got e-mail from USPS a couple days ago saying the boxes had shipped so I imagine I'll get them tomorrow or Saturday...
-
Long sleeve shirts? I missed out again!
Justin, are there any left for sale?
Bill
-
No extras. On this, or any future, group purchase I will not be ordering any extras as I am still stuck with 2 red baseball caps... [smiley=furious3.gif]
-
My stuff came today! But I haven't had a chance to open the box, yet.
Justin, I suggest posting a small picture of the two red hats in your signature line, or something, so someone (say R80Rider, for instance) might see them and help you reduce your inventory!

It's more fun to complain about it... And, HEY, open the freakin box!
-
Justin, My shirt came today and is "Way Cool!"
Thanks much.
Hey, How come PayPal refunded $2? If overage, You shoulda kept it to help pay for one of the beers I owe ya. [smiley=1drink.gif]
Ed
-
Will someone at least post a photo of the shirt I missed out on? :'(
-
And, HEY, open the freakin box!
O.K., here is the deal on that: I worked yesterday from 1600 until the next 0700 (this morning).
I woke up at 1500 (slowly...) and it was all I could do to get the mail (and your box) and throw the mail in the recycling tub, and put your box on my chair. Moments later I hear a truck outside, and voilá!, my new Motoport Hi-Vis mesh Kevlar jacket (http://www.motoport.com/ProdImages/102300_G_05.jpg) has arrived! Just in time for the hot ride to work!
So that is why I didn't open your box! [smiley=1drink.gif]
-
Glad you got it OK, Ed. I refunded postage overages to three people as the small and med shirts worked out to a hair under a pound and I didn't want anybody complaining about me gouging them on the postage... Take a pic of your shirt for R80! ;)
-
OK, Rob, you may be off the hook - but you coulda wore your new shirt with your new jacket!
-
I'm going to wait until it gets a little cooler for that one, Justin.
It may not be as hot as DFW or Phoenix, but it is hot enough for me to run the A/C in the house, and that is something.
Anyway, all I had on under my now totally mesh kevlar gear was a cotton t-shirt (with a pocket for my work I.D....) and Under Armor shorts! I carry my civilian clothes with me.
(I wish you could see this (http://www.pbase.com/tomfarr/image/100319988), Justin, I am running a batch cycle on a VSE machine! They had a couple of clients that they just couldn't get to work on the MVS system when they made the change years ago, so here it is - one box with two totally different OS's in it...)
And climate controlled environment... Does get a little chilly from time to time...
-
Rob, Send pics.
Here's the shirt (if I get it posted right)
8-)
-
Cool, I wondered what they looked like! I never unwrapped any of them, just spot-checked the logo stitching on a fwe and boxed and shipped...
I remember the old IT days, had to give it up because I couldn't stand talking to/helping boneheads anymore. I hate running a CNC machine (bored to death) but at least the joint has air conditioning...
-
Thanks Ed, but they look so nice it just makes me sadder.
Justin - Any chance anothe batch will be ordered???
-
I doubt it, Joan got this order up and I just played middle-man...
-
I've been thinking of something in micro-fiber... :-?
-
Justin, if that picture of the red hat shows the real thing, I'd like one. Can you add it to my list please?
-
Received my order yesterday. Everything is great! :) Thanks, Justin!
-
[size=16] ;D
WOOOOT! Justin, You Da MAAAN! And the black model is Just-in time for the tech day in my garage tomorrow!
YEAH! WOOO HOOOOO! Thank you, thank you THANK YEW! [big kiss] [/size]
-
The rest of the shirts went out today so by mid-week everybody should have them.
-
Yay! [smiley=clap.gif] I got my blue long sleeved shirt in the mail today! It is beeeeeeeuuuuuuutiful. I love it.
Thank you Joan and Justin for pulling this one together.
[smiley=thumbsup.gif]
-
I'm glad everybody is pleased. :)
-
I'm wearing mine right now! (it cooled off!)

I'm wearing mine right now! (it cooled off!)
(AOL) ME TOO! (/AOL)
Besides wearing great under the Darien jacket, the long sleeves are GREAT for chilly Seattle summer mornings on the bicycle commute! And oh so stylin'. 8-)

I "just happened" to be wearing mine when I stopped in our new dealership to look at the BMW boots (my seams are splitting!).
No, no one said anything. But I'll be sure to wear it again, if I spend big money there.
I saw the new 'regular' boot (http://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fiche/CatalogShowItem.asp?source=Apparel&brand=BMW&group=Boots&description=Allround&model=), but I don't really care for how they changed the upper. But only $219 at the counter... But no roundel on them, anymore. :(
I have been thinking of what a good shoe repair might be able to do with my old ones. I can only imagine them piercing the goretex lining...
And what does (AOL) mean?
-
Here a link to a possible explanation for : A O L.

I put my beautiful new blue R65 t-shirt in the wash this evening and thought I'd better read the washing instructions once anyway. Okay, so cold wash, cool dry. But then it said "turn inside out to iron". [smiley=ROTFLMAO.gif] Bwwaaaaaaahahahahahahaha! .........Umm, what's an iron? :-/ ............ [smiley=ROTFLMAO.gif]
-
I don't believe I ever remember my wife ironing a T-shirt. But thanks, Melena, I would have missed that one! [smiley=Oscar.gif]

<ladylike snork!>
July 27 must have been "R65 SHIRT WASH DAY" because my short sleeved one need some bbq removed from it as well. :-[
Thankfully they wash quite nicely, btw. ;D

Shirt arrived safe and sound, and it looks great. Can't wait for cooler weather.
Thanks, Justin!
