Message for Melena from Will in England. I'm having a garage built and had to dismantle my old sheds and I found the aluminium bracket I made for attaching a "sigma cycle" speedometer to an R65.
I promised to post it out to you when I found it Melena so let me know if you still want it. I enclose a photo with sensor fitted as a reminder.

It's been a hell of a busy year for me with much building work happening at home and too much paid work. I've hardly taken the old girl out all summer do to lack of time coupled with apalling weather.

Wow!  You found it!  And even thought about me.    ;D   I'd forgotten about it as I was able to get the sensor on in another way following the directions of NC Steve here on the forum.   I would still like to get it.
