Ive been considering a few options. One is the easiest, to bore out the cylinders and get larger pistons for a few more HP. second is to (if its possible) use R80 or 90 jugs and new pistons, or third, keep the girl the way she is and get an R 90 or 100 project bike to butcher.
Any experience in these cravings?

Get an R100 to play with...

...or an R75, 80 or 90... ;)
Seriously though, all conventional wisdom holds that trying to hotrod an R65 motor will only lead to much (very) expensive grief, and destroy all reliability and longevity.
Better, and probably cheaper in the long run, to get a faster bike for faster conditions...

Keep it they way it is. Isn't the Trident fast enough? Hey if you need to go faster then get a Kawi H2 with some new chambers. I hear they are fast and loud. ;)

My vote is:
Leave the R65 stock & get a R100. I did. And very glad.

Perhaps something like the following is what you're searching for...

(I wonder what this bike would do with just a quarter of the battery power.)
