Title: o rings

Evening all.
Regarding o-rings: when dimensions are given, eg;6mm x 2mm, does the 6mm refer to the outer diameter or the inner diameter, and the 2mm is the thickness of the ring itself?
Just checking.....

It's always  ID and the thickness.
