Title: R65 headlight guts into a R65/80/100 Mono shell?

I'm working on a little project and want to know if I can swap the headlight shell on my R65 to a R65 Mono (R65 Mono, R65RT Mono, R80 Mono, R80RT Mono, R100RS Mono, R100RT Mono) shell (the M8 bolt mount one). Does the reflector, glass and rim fit?

Its way cheaper to buy the shell rather than a whole new headlight if a "gut-swap" is possible.

No. The Mono headlight is somewhat larger. The mono headlight "guts" are also available and around a quarter of the price of the earlier parts.
