Title: Installed Surefoot Sidestand R65LS

Hi Gang,

Bike is now legit - stock exhaust, pannier racks, and surefoot sidestand - sidestand foot is not laying completely flat - emailed Motorworks BMW in UK to see if they have any suggestions - I was amazed how fast and reasonable the cost was for the sidestand - cost was less than I expected and once order was placed, it arrived Fed Ex in about 2 days.

Glad to be rid of the stock sidestand!

Good job, Ken. Don't believe any Airhead ever came with a decent sidestand. Of course, you know that the "stock" mufflers on the LS were of the black chrome variety. But like you, I much prefer the chromies on both my R65s.
