anyone know of a 1979 BMW R65 brake pedal extension? After riding my F800GS I struggle to find the brake pedal on the R65

That is a new one, although I sort of understand in that the brake pedal is in a different position on the RS to the R65. However the real cure is for you to work on your proprioception rather than trying to make the brake pedal bigger.

For those who went to a different school to Tony Smith- "Proprioception is the sense of the relative position of neighbouring parts of the body and strength of effort being employed in movement." With apologies to Wikipedia.

When I first got my bike I played around with the vertical adjustment of the brake pedal. Raising makes it easier to use but having once experienced a rear lock up and near high side I prefer the rear brake to be a little less effective and deliberately lower the pedal to make it harder to apply excessive pressure.
