Title: can i remove brake pipe?

for my brembo front brake. can i remove the brake pipe and run a banjo direct to caliper?
anyone tried this?

I am running banjo's on my R100 and the same on my old R65.

No problem.  It cleans up otherwise overcomplicated clutter.
