Depends on what you already have for pannier mounts, I would think. IIRC, some of the older Krauser mounts and/or another brand of mounts used tubing with brackets oriented horizontally to mate with those on your rear rack as shown. Some of the OEM BMW mounts had the rear rack integrated into the design as all of 1 piece, and some were bolt-on but with the bolt holes turned 90 degrees from those shown.
I suppose if you can weld you can modify anything to work if necessary.

Looks the same as mine, BMW panniers you need the pannier frames for this to fit. To fit the rack to an LS I made two strips from SS drilled holes and moved the rack back about 3 inches so the seat would still lift. A standard 65 does not have a long tail piece, it will bolt straight on with 6mm set pins.

Set pins? This be some kinda Whitworth thing one might attach with a spanner? I know of bowling pins, pins n' needles, lapel pins and pinstripes, but... set pins. No.
