Hard to tell from the photo but if you have the old style suitcase locks, you should be able to make a key to fit. If you can find a key that will fit in the lock, it just takes some filing. The key only needs one lobe to unlock it. I can send you a photo of the one I made for mine when I get home.

Nice looking bags! I'd say you stole em!

There are places to get new keys. Somewhere your side of the pond.

Here is a scan of the key that we made to fit my bags. As you can see, it is real simple, more of a latch than a key. The main trick is to find a key that will fit into the lock. If you look down the lock you will see that it only has one tumbler and you my be able to open it with a pick. Good luck.

success! nipped in to harrolds in sheffield , they didn't want to look at them at first then the locksmith took 'em in the back and 10 minutes later came back with a set of keys! they work fine apart from 1 lock which doesn't quite lock but i'll keep oiling it and trying it. £7.50 ! great

Great job finding those keys,I have an identical set of cases but not branded BMW,I have often looked at the keys and thought hope I don't lose them,BTW I only lock the cases to the bike but not the cases them selves, reason?naughty people can look inside but can't pinch the cases and don't jigger the lock trying to open them, also I have rubber straps that secure the cases to the bike so they cannot fall off if you havn't locked them on properly, don't ask how I know this, cheers Nev from OZ
