Title: pannier locks

considering buying some used panniers off ebay or similar, often they have no keys, can you get them still?

Yes they are available. I got mine from the States I will have to check in my invoices if I have the email  address.

The number of the key is on the locks Pannier frame lock more difficult to read as the locks rust. I got mine from Auto Locksmiths,129 Wilson way American Canyon CA 94503
It has been a few years since I purchased them
