Hello !
Years ago I had my brake rotor changed for non OEM one.
They rust when the weather is wet, they are affixed to the original "bowls" with Allen screws (very small and with round heads).
See the two pictures provided.
I need identify them to get brake pads correctly adapted to them because the EBC pads I have are a nightmare if the weather is wet. Terrible noise to say the least and no deceleration at all....
Thanks a lot in advance for your help !

I have EBC 'organic' pads on my '81 R65 along with EBC semi-floating steel discs .
I mistakenly ordered FA18 pads, which are for the Brembo calipers, but I modified the back plate to work with ATE calipers .
The combination is phenomenal in wet conditions .
What EBC pads do you currently have on your R65 ?
-
They are, if I'm not wrong 506HF pads. (at least it's what written on the invoice).
But what kind of disc do I have ?
-
Aftermarket disc, hard to tell what brand it is .
You mentioned that they rust when wet, so you probably have steel or iron discs .
I looked at the EBC application guide, there are no pads with the HF designation, 506HF is probably an old part number .
There are HH series and they are a sintered metal friction material .
My best guess is, that you have sintered metal pads on your bike .
Sintered pads don't work well, until you get them good and hot, as in high performance use .
My '82 LS came with sintered pads from a previous owner and the braking performance was horrible compared to the 'organic' pads that are on there now .

I recently replace the pads on my 1982 (ATE) and used the EBC FA57 pads. The "FA" series are organic pads. They are great in the dry, and pretty decent in the wet (nothing is really good in the wet).
