Title: Electrical Question

I have a 1982 R65 and would like to install a voltmeter. The electrical
diagram for this model shows a volt meter connector ( two green/black wires coming off the front brake and going to the headlight switch). Problem is: I can't find the connector. Does anyone know if the connector actually exist and if so where would I find it ?

The wire should be in the vicinity of the tachometer and speedometer .
