Title: exhaust leak Valve cover

Seems I see exhaust leeking out of the valve cover.  Ideas?

More details, please.

Smoke? oil drips? Confirm exact location, if possible.

Most lilely a leaky valve cover gasket and what you are seeing is the atomized oil that is usually in the crankcase air while the engine is running .

With both pistons on the downstroke, the crankcase pressure gets pretty high .

Forget to put the oil level dipstick back in, or forget to tighten it up, you'll see how much pressure is in the crankcase, when you start the engine .
