Title: Steering Lock on frame
Post by: clonmore1 on November 30, 2011, 05:00:06 AM
Hi All,

I posted a thread a while back on the above, I followed the advice re using the key etc, however, there is what appears to be a small brass coloured pin that holds the key cover in place and stops this cover from rotating completely out of the way allowing me to remove the barrel.

So, do I drill this out or is there another way to remove it?

I can re-post the image if required

Thanks

Chris

Gently use a screwdriver to pry the cover off.  It will take the pin with it.  It's just a press fit.
