Looking for help changing front fork shock oil. Do I have to remove the master cylinder to get the right fork access to add oil? thanks peter

It is still pretty tight around there, especially if you have low/short euro bars on as I have.   I personally take the black piece of plastic that goes over the instruments off and remove the bolts that hold the handlebar on to the top fork yoke plate/clamp.  I then carefully put some thick shop towels on top of the fuel tank and rest the handlebar assembly there while I take the caps off the top of the fork tubes.   It is best to not tip the master cylinder upside down in case a seal isn't perfectly sealing in the m/c unit.
