Title: Head to Carb Rubbers

Doing a bit of preventative maintenance and renewing mine ( still ok but signs of cracking at edges)

I think someone asked this before, but I can't find it, Do I need to apply some kind of sealer, I seem to remember last time I had a carb off it looked like a PO had applied something?

With fresh rubber connectors, no sealant should be required. Do use the OEM-style clamps.
