Hi everyone , wondering if any one here has used this service for their tents at the national rally. Would greatly simplify my packing.

If you have the $125-$200 (before Jan. 31), then yes, it sounds like a good deal.

No, I have no experience with them.

I haven't used them, but they usually have decent tents set up for you, though you will all be in a fairly close together "block" of tents at the rally - so no picking where you want to be. Usually they are fairly conveniently located. The sherpa guys at the last BMWRA rally I was at also provided coffee and donuts for breakfast to their tenters.

FREE coffee and donuts at your bedside! That beats the funeral home's deal.

"Free" in this case is somewhat relative - it is included in the price of their tenting /hosting services. If one isn't tenting with them, they *may* still let you have some of their coffee - for a price. But, I bought a Yankee Beemers mug at the last rally, which means I get lifetime free coffee at any of their rallies, and the Airheads tent always has free coffee at the BMWMOA rallies..
