If you have Bing CV carbs, the vacuum ports are on the bottom of the carb; usually closed off by a short, closed end rubber tube or a small screw.

My '79 which has the flat top Bing carbs has a screw in a pipe at the bottom of the carb.  Your '80 may be the same.

The 'search' feature ain't working for me.

I was looking for the El-Cheapo Bing Vacuum Adjustment Tool so Randall could get ready for a tune.
