does my 1980 w/ the smog fittings have vacuum ports for balancing the carbs?
-
If you have Bing CV carbs, the vacuum ports are on the bottom of the carb; usually closed off by a short, closed end rubber tube or a small screw.

My '79 which has the flat top Bing carbs has a screw in a pipe at the bottom of the carb. Your '80 may be the same.
