Try Bob's BMW.  They had a starter relay for me in stock, and they may well have the turn signal relay.  Also, their shipping was good -- got from Maryland to New Jersey the next day at no extra charge (They used Fed. Ex. ground which has a much larger standard overnight service than UPS).
