Title: Carb vacuum hoses

The hoses/tubes that attach to the vacuum ports are looking a bit dry and aged. What type of hose can I safely replace thee with?

Any kind of small diameter vacuum hose from an auto parts store will work .

Take a representative sample with you, as there are various different diameters available .
