just a quick thing, put all new carb kit on today and new diaphragms , when i flick slide on one it flicks up and comes down great, but other one is a bit slower , will it be ok when bike is up and running .
carb is a no spring version and i was spot on fitting diaphragms and no mistakes or damage

You'll probably only really know when you slap the carbs back on and take it for a run. You might swapping the new diaphragms between the two carbs while you have them off and see if that makes a difference.
I had a problem with my new alternative hydrin diaphragms not going up soon enough, (presumably because of stiffness) and replaced them with genuine Bings. Unfortunately the persistent snow here hasn't given me a chance to really test them out yet. I am so ready for spring!!!

Bings Bings Bings......my 79 is the no spring version i had nothing but grief with generic diaphragms fit Bings originals and Bin anything else.
If the kit are complete with diaphragms its unlikely an Bing kit Motorworks kit isnt, there available as a separate item from Motobins
