Could this be used on the R65?

no, not if that is a picture of the same pipe hooked up to a R100S.


There were a lot more made for the big twins (with their wider - and larger - exhaust ports) than there were made for the R65.

Ones for the R65 do show up, though.  You just need to make a "saved search" on eBay, and it will notify you whenever your keywords hit a new auction.  Like "BMW 2-into-1 exhaust R65".  Include Luftmeister, if you like.  Etc.

Chewy... If you'll take a moment to check the Trading Post here at R65 World, you'll find an R65-specific 2-1 exhaust for sale. Do I get a finders fee?  ;)
