Title: Has anyone bought these pads for the 81-85 R65?

Noticed these on ebay, and it is starting to get towards that time when I think Tillie would stop better with some new front brake pads:

I have never heard of the particular brand before .

Personally, I would go with a known manufacturer for brakes .

The part number, FA18, is an EBC part number for their graphite pads for an R65 .

I suspect that they may be knock-offs from somewhere in Asia, given that they are less than 1/2 the price of the EBC sintered HH pads.

I don't know if I need the super-grippy HH pads on the fairly lightweight R65, but EBC also has their organic pads with almost as good ratings for for slightly less.   I am not in a position where I need to pinch pennies though, so I'll probably order some EBC pads - just gotta figure if I should go for maximum stoppy effect or not - I'm not sure how well the OEM rotors last with the very high friction HH pads.

From what I've heard, sintered pads and stainless rotors don't mix very well .

That was my thought process, too.  But, I am open to enlightenment
