The bags themselves will work, the main question is regarding the racks/mounts to fit them to the bike.   The main issue is that the R80/R100 bikes' mounting hole for the bolt that holds the lower front arm of the brackets to the bike is 90 degrees rotated from the orientation on the R65's mounting holes.  On all these bikes the mounting holes are down near the passenger footpegs.    If the brackets are for an R100/R80, then this lower part will probably be not oriented correctly for the R65, but the frames could be modified or you might be able to fabricate an L-bracket type of thing to make it work.
