I don't have a Timken number, but the size of the bearing is 28x52x16.

Should be able to cross the size on a Timken catalog.

Most of the OEM bearings are FAG.  I believe the number is FAG 32028.  This can be crossed to an SKF or Timken number easily by your bearing supplier...

If you pull the old bearing off the ref number should be stamped on the edge of the outer race any good quality manufacturer should be able to match it, I stripped and re-greased mine recently and they look like a fairly standard bearing to me

You will probably need Ed Corn's steering bearing puller:

Without it the outer race is very difficult to remove.  YMMV
