I used ENGINE ASSEMBLY LUBE Permatex Ultra Slik to rebuild the engine, mostly on the rocker rods, cams, and crankshaft and a little on the valve rocker.
I wonder if how much this lubricant is compatible with engine oil.
Should the oil be changed after (10 miles/km?), after the entire engine has been lubricated?
Can I wait until I have driven 1000 km (600 miles) and then do an oil change, or should I do an oil change first to remove the ENGINE ASSEMBLY LUBE residue?
I did an engine overhaul/inspection, but there is nothing new, just the piston rings.

I wouldn't get too concerned about this you can wait until you get to the usage you stated .

Not sure assembly lube required for just new rings, but a very safe practice in case the engine was dry.
I couldn't see any instructions, but a non-motor-oil compatible engine assembly lube would be a conflict of purpose. Like solder that melts at a higher temperature than the PCB, or housebricks that dissolve in water. Or like the Cybertruck, an off-roader with a huge range that isn't either. Engine flush is a different thing and they do say put it in, get it out.
1,000 miles would seem a nice safe period. I'd probably go longer for just piston rings. :)

BMW's have what is called the wasted spark ignition system , both sparkplugs fire at the same time .
I had problems with the red and black coil, I had .7 ohms primary circuit resistance .
Replaced the coil with a Dynatek brown coil 1.5 ohms and solved the issue .
Motorhead Electric has this coil for about $96 including a mounting bracket .
Euro Motoelectric has a house brand coil for $69 then you need a mounting bracket for $10 .
I have done business with both of these aftermarket businesses for 25 plus years never an issue with them .
