BMW airhead 1983, blue RT, everyone waves back and love it to bits OR

1300 Yam cruiser, cooler than Arnie's Fat Bob and sounds meaner. Limited wave backs.

In the end, an utterly  :mad: day at work, overcast skies and a persistent 30MPH wind put me off  :uhoh2:

On the plus side, both bikes swanneyed through their MOTs. Mechanic noticed I'd changed the head bearings on the Beemer from last year! He should have been a surgeon with those hands. They have 4 or 5 cars and 2 or 3 bikes a day for MOTs, plus repair work. The black one frightened various cage drivers ready for MOTs (it's a stressful time!) but settled down once I'd talked to them. Being wrong side of 60 helps with that  ;D

This work thing is getting tiresome. 67? I'm going to sell cat and live on a barge if I have to wait that long!
