Title: Stuck clutch

My clutch gets stuck sitting. Dampness in the garage seems to be the culprit.
So I am going to try some damp proof paint . A dehumidifier. And park on a rubber mat.Also  has anyone used an indoor bike bubble?

Is this when the bike is stored for the winter off riding season??
