I have put in a support thread about this. This site is secured by an SSL certificate.

I seem to have defeated Chrome's "no padlock" thorn-in-my-side. Everything SMF support suggested still gave me the not secure error and the developers there said it showed as secure to them. After about giving up I decided to do a cold-boot on my PC, when it came back up the site showed as secure! Hoo-ray!!!!
