Spring is well and truly arrived down under. Managed to get a few airhead mates together for a ride up to the Hunter Valley, wine producing area some 120km (75 miles) north of Sydney.
Four "Airheads:" (1 x R65, 3 x R80) on mostly twisty country roads. Total age of bikes about 116 years, age of riders approx double that! My nimble R65 set the pace of course :)

Another great ride with Airheads and their bikes. We managed to make 5 ferry crossings in a day long meander down the Hawkesbury River near Sydney plus a challenging ride through Galston Gorge.
Looking for more Airheads in the Sydney region to join us.

Nice country Michael.
I was on a K run a few weekends ago and we lunched in Grafton by the river. This coming weekend I will attending an overnight pre-Christmas get together which will mainly be GS riders. The aim is to consume a suitable quantity of "Tooheys Old" before retiring. Many a time a reason to cross the border was just an excuse to drink NSW beer.

Hey guys! I'd love to come along one of these one day. Me and my dad have airheads and we are based in Sydney's East.
What are your contact details? Let's stay in touch. Also are you fellow members of BMW Tourers Association NSW?
