Title: Taste of Lane OVM Ride 8/15

I'm quoting from the OVM web site:

"August 15, Sunday: Taste of Lane, 150 miles Eugene area ride. Ends at OVM meeting. Leaves at 10:00am from Midtown Marketplace, 1591 Willamette St., Eugene OR. Contact: Mike Graves mmmkay@clearwire.net. Tel: 541-726-4178"

They (I guess I should say "we" since I'm a member.) prefer you to ride bikes 20 years old or older.  At the glacial rate that I'm getting work done on my Triumph, I'll be on the R65.  

R65lust, you got that???   :D

"Taste of Lane" makes me think of the sign along I-5 that says "Lane County Sod Capitol of the World" or something like that.  I can find you some nice wheatgrass here in Santa Cruz! :)

(I bet that sign gets the attention of our British members!)


I guess they grow all kinds of grass in California!
