Title: OVM Corvallis ride and show 5/16 and 5/17
Post by: Ed Miller on April 29, 2009, 11:25:36 AM
All of our R65s are old enough for the show, and the 5 speed tranny makes the slowish Saturday ride easier than it is on my Triumph.  Hey, some of those old bikes are slow!

That looks like fun Ed.  Still a bit far from me for a weekend though.   :(

I'll make it up there some day.

The ride, while slow, is always a good scenic route and I usually learn some new roads.  Corvallis is only about an hour away from me so I can usually make it to this event.  I only camped at the fairgrounds for the night when a local home brew club had a microbrew festival there at the fairgrounds the same day as the Saturday ride.   :D  I couldn't believe life could be so good.
